Welcome to the IT Department of Engineering College Bikaner, a department dedicated to building a great career path for its students. It is mandated that our faculty members and other staff of the IT department guide our students by providing seamless teaching, research, and training facilities. The faculty members invested a great deal of time and energy in creating a robust teaching-learning environment for our students and guiding them towards a great career path.
Information Technology department set up a seamless communication environment amongst the stack holders, i.e., Students, Parents, Faculty members, and institute administration. Our well-qualified faculty member is an excellent asset to the department as most of our faculty members are an alumnus of IITs and NITs. Their exposure and experience at IITs and NITs during postgraduate and Ph.D. degrees always serve as guiding light for the department. The department provides an excellent teaching-learning opportunity, and many of our students are benefited as many of them carry their summer internship or project at IITs.
The department prepares our students to meet increasing global challenges of ever-evolving technologies to make them acceptable to both industries and the higher institution of learning. Our mission is to train students to develop an inquisitive mind for the correct understanding of real-life problems and to build optimal computer solutions for the benefit of society. Our graduates are exceptionally employable and find employment within a variety of sectors. Student's creativity is well nurtured & encouraged, and new ideas are thoroughly debated on various faculty-students platforms. The department lays maximum stress on a positive attitude through counseling and Student Mentor Program. The department boasts intelligent alumni, most of them being placed in reputed international firms and serving nations as emerging entrepreneurs. The department believes in close interaction with the industry regularly to keep pace with the IT industry's ever-changing scenario.
